Accommodation in Melbourne for RI Convention from 26th May to 31st May 2023
The opportunity to register for accommodation (at The Victoria Hotel) through the District link has now
closed. However the RI International link is accepting the accommodation registrations.
We do suggest you look for accommodation
at The Victoria Hotel, and most of the D9510
attendees are staying and is very close to
transport to the Melbourne Convention and
Exhibition Centre.
It is conveniently situated near the tram stop
that will convey us to the Convention venues.
Travelling by train to Melbourne is still open as a link
from the Convention / Conference website.
If you’re looking to travel in greater comfort and
style, step up to Red Premium. Sit back and relax
with more leg room, in-seat dining and a trolley
service. Enjoy all-inclusive breakfast, lunch,
afternoon tea, coffee, soft drinks and juice.
There’s no better way to make the day-long journey
more enjoyable.
The Train will depart from Keswick on platform 1 on 25th May 2023.
We are putting the final planning together for 'The Rotary D9510 Expo' on Saturday 3rd June. This is an
ideal opportunity for Clubs to showcase their projects and Rotary to the public.
A marketing campaign is being developed specifically aimed for inviting the public to the venue on the
Adelaide University presinct. Bookings for registering your Club or Project will be announced soon, via
Rotary Matters or direct email to your Clubs. This will be an 'online form link' for registration.
Saturday night will conclude as a Celebration Dinner
at the SkyCity Adelaide Ballroom. An ideal opportunity
to mix with your Rotary and Rotaract friends at South
Australia’s most sophisticated and luxurious venue
providing the highest levels of service that leaves a
lasting impression.
We will be adding further information as we confirm negotiations to the Convention/Conference Website,
so keep checking for updates on activities.
