Public Image team members continue to receive invites from clubs to be guest speakers presenting
Showcasing Rotary. In this newsletter we share information on the importance of telling your club project
story to the community and Rotary world.
How to tell your Rotary story
On the District Facebook page is an example of a
story from the Rotary Club of Strathalbyn with much
publicity from media with a partnership now created
with Heart of the Nation and D9510 to help save lives.
Please read to see how this story was told on Facebook.
The story originally appeared in the local paper,
The Southern Argus and then was posted on the District’s
Facebook page (April 22) with an update in August 22
when the club launched its defibrillator project.
Other media to report the story included 7 News,
Coast FM, ABC Adelaide breakfast and the Advertiser.
On Saturday 15 October 2022 Channel 9 aired a
1½ hour program about theHeart of the Nation project.
Rotary Club of Strathalbyn is encouraging Rotary clubs to
