What Are Application Example of District Project Project Reporting District Grant
District Grants Process Grant Projects Implementation & Acquittal Qualification

❑ Once notification of Grant approval is received from The Rotary Foundation, the District Grants Chair Jane Owens will notify the club that

spending of funds for the project can commence. Any expenditure prior to this date can not be included.

❑ During the project ensure that photographs and/or videos showing Rotarians engaged in the project are collected as well as receipts,
equipment inventory and other documentation required to complete the grant acquittal report.

❑ Expenditure must be complete to ensure the report submitted and grant acquitted by 31 May 2023.

❑ If there are issues that will prevent completion of the project or the project can not go ahead, please contact the District Grants Chair

Jane Owens as soon as possible. If there is sufficient time unused funds may be directed to other projects.
