Can you help?
Rotary D9510online eClub invites Clubs to partner with us for this immediate project in the AFAR district of Northern Ethiopia. One of our overseas members, Valerie Browning AM lives and works as a volunteer in the AFAR.
After many years of drought, flooding rains, swarms of locusts and civil unrest have hit the region, Valerie co-founder of the AFAR Pastoralist Development Association (NGO) has established 1 project to support her greatest needs.
We were very pleased to assist the Rotary Club Madhyapur District 3292 Nepal/Bhutan in supporting the purchase of school bags, books and uniforms which 289 students lost in the devastating floods.
Above are some photographs of schools in Kavre district where most of children lost their school books, uniforms and stationaries in land slides and flooding last time.

There is a point in your life, you experience difficulty in going out in various weather conditions, driving at night, trying to hear at noisy venues and eating alternate drop meals.
Perhaps you are experiencing mobility or vision loss issues.
Why not try something different – Unlike meetings where tables are in circles or back to back, we use a Brady Bunch screen display, so you can see ALL members all the time.
All this can be done from your computer, tablet or mobile phone.
Meet from the warmth and comfort of your own home without travel.
Enjoy a Rotary meeting in the comfort of your own home
Enjoy your own meal and some light refreshments
